All In Update from Shropshire Council
24/06/2020
Shropshire Council have published the following update about the All In activity programme;
Since the end of March, All-in providers have had to stop or significantly reduce their activities for the time being. The government’s plan* for coming out of lock down was published in May.
On Tuesday 23 June, the government announced further easing of lock-down restrictions effective from July 4th. The BBC published a handy overview:

This includes new guidance on social distancing:
“The prime minister said that where it is not possible to stay 2m apart, people should keep a distance of "one metre plus" - this means staying one metre apart, while observing precautions to reduce the risk of transmission.”
The council is now speaking to Short Breaks providers to see if and how they can resume their activities. We will provide another update when we know more about what providers can or cannot do safely. Keeping children, young people and their families safe is still a priority.
We will continue to require providers to let us know
- What their position is and to update the SEND Local Offer website
- Whether and how they can support in other ways;
- To continue to stay in touch with families.
We will update this website regularly and as soon as there are new developments.
